This high-level reimbursement strategy discussion will summarize key changes to SNF Medicaid reimbursement in SFY2025. It will also highlight parts of the state’s rate rule receiving increased activity, such as Section 14 rates for more-complex residents. The session will also highlight key considerations in operationalizing changes such as the PDPM case mix. 

This will be an informal session with a primary audience of nursing home administrators for facilities enrolled in the Medicaid program.
