The CMS Survey and Critical Element Pathways

November 28, 2017 is the implementation date for the new CMS Survey Process. The new Survey Process will be entirely different from anything that facilities have experienced in the past. Surveyors have been instructed and guided to assess your facility utilizing Critical Element Pathways and Surveyor Tasks that are either new, or revised, in the updated CMS State Operations Manual.  Cat Selman will be providing explanation and instruction in regard to this process and the components of the major Critical Element Pathways which are anticipated to receive the most focus.    CMS Survey Process Registration Form
