Food service citations continue to be common across all facility types. VHCA is partnering with NHHCA and Incite Strategic Partners to address these trends while also improving overall quality. Topics include Licensing and Protection Update relative to Food Service, Dysphasia Diet Standards, Rethinking Dining for Dementia, Food as Medicine.
