Meaningful activity programming does more than anything else we do in long-term care to ensure that residents maintain their identity instead of being lost in a sea of rules, regulations, policies and tasks. Programming with SPICE is an intensive, engaging and comprehensive all-day workshop for activity directors, administrators, marketing directors, nurses, and front line staff that allows attendees to take a deep dive into how to create a community where residents and staff thrive.
