Selecting a long term care facility is an important, personal and often difficult decision. Family members, relatives and friends of prospective residents are encouraged to visit VHCA member facilities to ask specific questions of administrators and their staff as well as to talk to the residents themselves in order to assure the decision they make is the right one.
