Sponsorship & Associate Membership Application

The Vermont Health Care Association, an affiliate of the American Health Care Association, represents 91% of all skilled nursing home facilities in the State of Vermont. We also represent a large number of residential care facilities.

The Associate Membership Program was established to give non-provider businesses with an interest in the health care industry access to the services and resources of the Vermont health Care Association.

Your Sponsorship and Annual membership fee you will show our support to Vermont’s long term care industry and be kept informed of important industry developments and trends in Vermont.
